Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory with our own engineering team and production facilities. We provide end-to-end services from design to manufacturing, ensuring full control over quality and timelines. We welcome virtual factory tours.

How do you manage quality control?
Quality is integrated into every step. Our process includes:
DFM (Design for Manufacturability) Analysis before production.
Incoming Component Inspection.
In-Process Checks (IPQC) using AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and X-Ray.
100% Functional Testing (as required) and Final Inspection (OQC).
What do you need to provide a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, please share:
Gerber Files (for PCB fabrication)
BOM (Bill of Materials) list with part numbers.
Expected order volume (prototype, small-batch, mass production).
Technical Specifications (layers, material, thickness, impedance control, etc.).
If you don’t have designs, just share your idea, and we can provide an ODM solution quote.
Who will be my point of contact? Can I talk to an engineer?
You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager (PM) who speaks fluent English and is your single point of contact. They will facilitate direct communication with our engineers whenever technical discussions are needed.
What are your standard lead times?
Lead times vary by project complexity and order volume:
Prototypes: 5-10 working days after all files are approved.
Mass Production: 3-5 weeks after sample confirmation. We provide a firm timeline for every order.
I only have an idea. Can you handle the full design?
Absolutely. This is our specialty (ODM service). We can take your concept through full development: schematic design, PCB layout, firmware development, prototyping, testing, and finally, mass production. We act as your external R&D department.
Can you help with mechanical/enclosure design?
Yes. We offer integrated “PCBA + Mechanical” design services. We ensure the electronic and mechanical components fit perfectly, avoiding costly design conflicts, and can manage mold development for enclosures.
